How much does it cost, if working through CITY RENT?
If you find and rental home through us, you pay a commission of 50% of the agreed monthly rent, but not less than 100 lv /per calendar month / and 50 lv administrative fee /in total/
What is the deposit?
Standard practice the deposit amount is equal to one months rent, but not less than 200 lev. In some cases, the deposit might be double or one and a half of the amount of the monthly rent, which will be clear in advance.
Who guarantees for my deposit?
CITY RENT as a legal entity is the guarantor of your deposit as an independent third party to the lease
When will my deposit be returned?
After the lease period, all the bills paid and a check of the inventory along with the property, the deposit will be deposited, no later than 5 working days after the inspection of the property.
Who do I pay the rent to?
According to the conditions agreed in the contract.
Who pays the utility bills?
According to the agreed contract conditions, if not any- through direct debit from your account or cash desks of the relevant departments.
Who protects my rights as a tenant?
General rights of the tenant are protected by law and described in the contract in point of Rights and Obligations of the tenant.
Who do I get in touch if there is any problem with the property?
Once you have been registered as our client you get contacts of the Customer care service, along with that you get details of the landlord so you are able organize directly with him/her, if there is nothing else needed.
Can I cancel my contract and leave earlier?
You can, but only if all the terms and conditions of the contract are observed, otherwise you may be liable for breach of contract and lose your deposit.
What if I am late with the rent?
If you expect a delay in your payment or something else which would violate the contract period, it is required promptly to inform your landlord and agent, otherwise you may be held liable under the terms of the contract or the Law of Obligations and Contracts.
