How much does it cost, if rent through CITY RENT?
If you find a home and rent with us, you are not paying commission. CITY RENT will charge only 50 lv administrative fee per student / tenant / for collecting of data and the necessary documents. / Fee is collected once and covers two calendar years /
What is the size of the deposit?
Usually the deposit amount is equal to one month rent, but not less than 200 lev. In some cases, the deposit might be double or one and a half of the amount of the monthly rent, which will be clear in advance.
Who guarantees for my deposit?
CITY RENT as a legal entity is the guarantor of your deposit as an independent third party to the lease
When will my deposit be returned?
After the lease period, all the bills paid and check of the inventory status and property, the deposit will be REFUND, no later than 5 working days after the examination and property being vacated.
Who do I pay the rent to?
According to the conditions agreed in the contract, if any, or to the agency via the bank.
Who pays the utility bills?
According to the agreed contract conditions, if not any- through direct debit from your account or cash desks of the relevant departments.
Who protects my rights as a tenant?
General rights of the tenant are protected by law and described in the contract in point of Rights and Obligations of the tenant.
Who do I get in touch if there is any problem with the property?
Once you have been registered as our client you get a contacts of our Customer care service, other than us you can get details of the landlord so you organize directly with him/her, if there is nothing else described.
Can I cancel my contract and leave earlier?
You can, but only if all the terms and conditions of the contract are observed, otherwise you may be liable for breach of contract and lost profits of the landlord.
What if I am late with the rent?
If you expect a delay in your payment or something else which would violate the contract period, is required promptly to inform your landlord and agent, otherwise you may be held liable under the terms of the contract or the Law of Obligations and Contracts.
