CITY RENT GUARANT

Our obligations regarding the Package CITY RENT GUARANT:

• Our agents will organize a free inspection of the property after which they will make a professional assessment of the actual rental price of your property.
• Our agency will offer you a rental price for your property, which our agency guaranteed is willing to pay.
• The agreed price will be paid to you once or twice in advance upon signing a Rental and management agreement for minimum one year.
• Our agency is entitled to take good care of your property for the term of the contract.
• Our agency is entitled to return the property, after the expiry of the rental period upon the Rental and management agreement in the condition it was leased, hereby taking into consideration the normal amortization as a result of the common use of the real estate.

Our requirements to you are the following:

• You shall provide our agents with a copy of all documents, verifying your title upon the rented property or proving your power of attorney.
• You shall sign a Rental and management agreement with our agency for minimum one year.
• You shall designate our employee with power of attorney, with an explicitly included clause for re-leasing of your property.
