Born and raised in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria, Kaloyan Ganev completed his secondary education with a specialization in Marketing and Management, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and a Master’s degree in Construction Entrepreneurship and Real Estate.
After gaining four years of professional experience abroad, he returned to Bulgaria and founded Century Homes Ltd. at the end of 2004. Since then, he has developed more than two decades of experience in real estate, sales, investment and business management.
His professional approach is built on integrity, responsibility, loyalty, transparency and long-term trust. In his personal life, he is married and has two children.
