In addition to this the number of vendors of quality, high spec properties has doubled in the same period, giving investors the opportunity to stretch a little and perhaps consider properties previously deemed unattainable. Up until March volume sales were fairly similar to those levels of 2008, but the market sector has suffered since, according to Unique Estates managing director. The value of real estate in Bulgaria may well see smaller further price slips and the luxury market is no longer immune.
