The Bulgarian town Veliko Tarnovo was defined as one of the best places in the world where you can start a new life.
The site BrightSide.me says that “the town is as beautiful as France but here a bottle of wine costs only 80 cents and the apartment rent is 200 dollars a month”.
The article points out that the only disadvantage is that the town`s infrastructure needs improvement.
“There are some places in the world where, for some reason, few people consider as an option when pondering an environment change. And this is a loss for real, because some places are truly amazing. Everything which a man should do is to pack his bags and he can found himself in a real Earth Paradise” the author says.
